General:
Design of fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems for a 12,000 SF new senior center. Fire protection design was based on a dry pipe system with a diesel fire pump. HVAC design was based on split systems with gas fired furnaces. Radiant floor systems were provided in a number of rooms.
