General: Complete mechanical renovation of a 2 story library with basement. Work also included lighting and ceiling replacements in various parts of the building for renovation work.
Mechanical: Complete replacement of the HVAC system. Replacement system was based on a combination of roof top units, air handling units and fan coil units. The replacement equipment also included a chiller, cooling tower, condensing gas boilers, pumps and piping. The building was provided with a complete DDC control system.
Electrical: Work included replacement of power wiring for mechanical equipment. Work also included ceiling and lighting replacements for in various parts of the building to accommodate mechanical work.
Study: The project included a study to determine yearly energy saving costs associates with various window replacement options.
