DETAILED STATEMENT OF OUR ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
  • Prime Consultant and Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Electrical Engineering Services
  • Kuegler Associates, LLC will provide Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical engineering services.  Prime consultant and mechanical engineer will be Kurt Kuegler, P.E. who is a Principal of the firm.  Electrical services will be provided by Eric R. Kuegler, P.E who is also one of the principals of the firm.  Detailed resumes of these individuals can be found in the brochure.
  • Architectural Services – Sub Consultant
  • Ames & Whitaker, P.C. located in Waterbury, CT will provide architectural services.  Contact at the firm is Stephen Whitaker, AIA.  Ames & Whitaker specializes in public and institutional architecture throughout Connecticut, offering comprehensive high quality services. Their public project experience encompasses all types of buildings including educational facilities for all age levels, community centers, fire stations, garages, police headquarters, town and city halls and libraries for local, state and federal governments.  Private projects have included banks, churches, office buildings, industrial and retailing facilities, nursing and senior care and all types of residential architecture.  Currently Kuegler Associates is partners with Ames & Whitaker in providing on call services for the Naval Sub Base in Groton, US Coast Guard, and United States Postal Service. Kuegler Associates has a 16 year ongoing work relationship with Ames & Whitaker.

  • Structural Engineering Services – Sub Consultant
  • John Smolen and Associates located in North Haven, CT will provide structural engineering services.  Contact at the firm is John Smolen, P.E.  John Smolen and Associates has extensive experience all types of projects.  Kuegler Associates has worked on numerous projects with this firm.  This firm is also a partner in providing on call services for the Naval Sub Base in Groton, US Coast Guard, and United States Postal Service.


  • Civil, Site Services – Sub  Consultant
  • Cardinal Engineering located in Meriden, CT will provide site engineering services.  Contact at the firm is Joe Cermola, III, P.E.  Cardinal Engineering has been in business for more that 45 years with extensive experience in all types of civil engineering projects. Currently Kuegler Associates is partners with Cardinal Engineering in providing on call services for the Town of East Hartford.
